Training

Welcome to the Cubs training page.  Here you will find a list of numerous exercises compiled from a number of different sources.  The goal of this section is to give you new and different options for your workout.  Below the exercises have been broken up into three main categories: Stretching/Warm-Up, Strength and Agility.  Within those categories the exercises will be listed with a link to either a video, picture, description or a combination of the three.  You will also see what area of muscle the exercise targets and what equipment you will need for that exercise.  Please feel free to email suggestions, comments or questions to training@cubsbaseball.8k.com.
